Label Code / Neighbouring Rights
This service provides you with the use of recordJet’s label code LC 24625. When the code is used on a radio or TV broadcast, the broadcaster can use it to distribute earnings via GVL. For this reason, many broadcasters require a label code to include your release in a program.
As consideration for the transfer of the rights from this contract, you are entitled to, depending on whether your release is flying Business Class Basic or Premium, 90% or 100% of the revenue paid to recordJet and clearly attributable to your release, e.g. by GTIN or ISRC. These are payment by the GVL, streaming or radio services.
